The Murderous Yamogerus (殺人ヤモゲラス, Satsujin Yamogerusu), is the twelfth episode of the original Kamen Rider series.
Synopsis[]
A power-hungry lab assistant allows Shocker to convert him into Yamogerus to help them steal the laser weapon his boss is making.
Plot[]
At the Optics Research Institute two scientists, Shirakawa and Shibata were testing a brand-new invention. Deciding it was too dangerous they microfilmed the formula and the schematics.
In actuality, Shibata was a Shocker intelligence agent, tasked with obtaining the device for Shocker. To complete his mission Shbata was remodeled into Yamogerus.
After his remodeling Yamogerus left Shocker's lighthouse base to test his abilities, after climbing on the side of the lighthouse he eliminated some passersby.
Takeshi and Ruriko were racing when Takeshi abruptly stopped, observing a biker gang pursuing a car. The bikers tried to kidnap the passengers when it stopped but were throated by Kamen Rider.
After arriving at the Shirakawa residents, Shirakawa was baffled as to why they were after him. His sister Machiko screamed when she saw Yamogerus lurking around.
Yamogerus had observed Shirakawa concealing the microfilm about his research on the Danger Light inside a locket that was a gift for Machiko's birthday.
After Machiko received the locket from Shirakawa they promised to look after each other. Late at night when Machiko went to bed she was abducted by Yamogerus.
Snack Amigo was in a depressed state when Shirakawa broke the news that Machiko had been abducted. He admitted concealing his Danger Light invention inside of Machiko’s locket.
At Shocker’s base the Great Leader explained the next phase of the operation: to use the device to shoot down all aircraft and seize control of the skies for Shocker.
As Yamogerus led Ruriko away, Shirakawa was contacted by shocker. As he was threatened with the death of his sister, Shirakawa was forced to construct the improved Danger Light device.
As Ruriko arrived at Shocker's base Yamogerus took the Danger Light device to eliminate her. Yamogerus was interrupted when Rider arrived, who fought to protect her.
Once the improved device was finished, they would test the device on Rider. Yamogerus caught the Rider in his solidifying spray, and he was targeted with the improved device.
After Rider was pushed to safety by Ruriko he was freed from his restraintment. After Rider was released Yamogerus fled but was destroyed by the Danger Light fired by Shirakawa.
AS Shirakawa told Machiko that science could be used for evil and could endanger humanity. Ruriko tells Machiko she has a wonderful brother as he decides to forget about his invention.
