Tokyo (東京, Tōkyō) is the capital city of Japan and thus the center of most of the action in the Kamen Rider Series. It is protected by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department.

Notes

• Tokyo is the primary filming location of most cities including Futo and Zawame. It is suggested that both cities are in-fact situated on the border of Tokyo, as seen when Shinnosuke Tomari leaves Tokyo for Zawame in Movie War Full Throttle, and when the Tokyo police deal with a murder on the borderline of Tokyo and Futo with the Futo PD in Kamen Rider Drive Saga: Kamen Rider Chaser.
